01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 0k67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://0k67.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 0k67 website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers and any other services provided under the 0k67 brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using this platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform and should not register an account.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is explicitly unlawful.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by the Platform or by any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 0k67 or any of its associated entities.
6. You must not have had a previous account on the Platform suspended or terminated for cause.

04 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations, the Platform will require you to complete identity verification. Standard documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport is accepted.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Availability of specific payment methods — including bank transfer options referencing Pakistani banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet services such as Easypaisa and JazzCash — is subject to change without prior notice and depends on the Platform's current cashier configuration. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and are subject to change.

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

Actual account balances, deposits and withdrawals may be processed in a base currency as determined by the Platform, with PKR figures representing a conversion at the applicable exchange rate. Users should verify the applicable base currency and conversion rate in their account settings before transacting.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards, are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail for the subject matter of that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limit and any game contribution percentages are stated in the promotional terms. Playing ineligible games with active bonus funds may result in those funds being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonus offers have been abused. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedging bets designed to reduce risk below the minimum required, and systematic exploitation of promotions using low-risk or near-certain strategies.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and are subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which they were issued.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or casino game. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a specific cash-out or early settlement feature is offered.
• In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price or on an event that has already concluded, the Platform reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to additional rules regarding connection delays and market suspension. The Platform accepts no liability for connection issues on the User's side that affect live bet placement.
• Where the outcome of a sporting event is disputed or subject to official revision (e.g., following a DRS review, VAR decision or official score correction), settlements will follow the officially confirmed result as recognised by the relevant governing body.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Collusion with other users, including coordinating bets to manipulate markets or share information in real-time to gain an unfair edge.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any financial transaction that contravenes applicable AML legislation.
• Creating accounts using false identities, stolen documents or details belonging to another person.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, where this exceeds any tolerance explicitly permitted by the Platform.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards support staff or other users.

The Platform reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, withhold or recover funds and report conduct to relevant authorities where prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected.

09 Responsible Gambling

0k67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

The Platform enforces a strict minimum age policy. Users who are identified as being under the minimum required age will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned, subject to verification, in accordance with applicable regulations.

10 Suspension & Termination

• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is terminated for cause, the Platform reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, funds may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. In all other terminations, accessible real-money balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

Users wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any pending bet settlements will be completed before the account is closed.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0k67 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data or business opportunity resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
• Disruptions to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, denial-of-service attacks or regulatory actions.
• Errors, delays or interruptions in third-party payment processing.
• Decisions made by Users in reliance on odds, statistics or information presented on the Platform.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 0k67 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0k67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from or exploit in any way any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from 0k67.

13 Amendments

0k67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or sending a communication to your registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
